CHALLENGE: Showcasing Inkomoko’s Entrepreneurial Impact
Inkomoko, a leading enterprise development organization, has been instrumental in empowering small businesses across Kenya. As they expanded their reach, they needed a compelling content strategy to effectively showcase their impact, highlight success stories, and reinforce their brand presence across digital and print platforms.
Storyboard Media was brought on board to execute this vision over two consecutive years (2023-2024). Our mission was to document and craft powerful narratives that captured the essence of Inkomoko’s work—from milestone events to the individual journeys of entrepreneurs.
SOLUTION: A Multi-Layered Content Strategy
To authentically tell Inkomoko’s story, we executed a strategic content development plan that included:
- Graduation Ceremony Coverage (2023): We documented Inkomoko’s Cohort 2 graduation ceremony in Eldoret, capturing powerful testimonials and moments that reflected the program’s transformative impact.
- Nationwide Content Gathering (2024): We traveled across Kenya, visiting Inkomoko-supported businesses, capturing high-quality photographs, and crafting compelling narratives that reflected the real impact of their work.
- Website & Marketing Collateral: Our visuals and stories were integrated into Inkomoko’s website, brochures, and social media, enhancing their storytelling and outreach efforts.
- Entrepreneur Spotlights: We focused on the personal journeys of entrepreneurs, showcasing their growth, challenges, and achievements through authentic, engaging storytelling.
RESULTS: A Powerful Visual and Narrative Archive
Our work has significantly enriched Inkomoko’s content library, providing them with a robust collection of high-quality visuals and stories that effectively communicate their mission. The photography we produced is now prominently featured on Inkomoko’s website, social media, and promotional materials, reinforcing their brand identity and impact.

Beyond delivering compelling content, this project allowed us to connect deeply with entrepreneurs across Kenya—capturing the spirit of innovation and resilience that defines Inkomoko’s mission. From bustling urban businesses to rural enterprises, we brought to life the faces and stories that truly make a difference.
